As of May 2025, late notices will be sent to customers' inboxes or phone screens instead of traditional mail. This change aims to streamline SCTelcom processes and ensure timely reminders. For customers who prefer paper notices, SCTelcom will continue to send them. Customers can join the digital revolution by providing an email address or opting in for text messages. SCTelcom encourages everyone to embrace digital communication for faster and more efficient service!
